Update, discussion, and action relative to:
a. Payment from Vortex relative to water damaged books.
b. Certificate of Occupancy relative to 4/23/07 letter from Assistant Deputy State Fire Marshal.
c. Interior and exterior painting as it relates to date of completion, thoroughness, and quality of workmanship.
d. Gutter liners.
e. Final balancing report for new administration building.
f. Specifics and dates of completion for interior and exterior punch list items (Clerk of the Works punch lists dated 5/27/07 and the Committee's exterior punch list dated 6/9/07 and interior punch list dated 5/30/07) as well as the relation of such to the contractual topics of "Final Completion" and "Liquidated Damages".
g. Playground equipment repair.
h. Proposals and/or COR to address leakage issue at Maple Street entrance.
i. COR logbook.
j. Dedication plaque.
k. Attic stock list - items and supply levels.
l. Landscaping project.
m. New fixtures for the men's and women's 1973 building toilet rooms.

Discussion and action relative to:
1. Punch List item - Nurse's Room Countertop.
2. COR #230.
3. Proposals and/or COR to address condition at window located at west end of the Art Room.
4. RIDE form F-105-2008, Certificate of Project Completion for Reimbursement.
5. Proposals and/or COR for the removal of non-slip strips and tile at second floor corridor ramps and replacement with Armstrong Safety Zone VC tile.
6. Schedule for final walkthrough.
7. Meeting schedule.
